RCC Pipes

RCC pipes are instrumental in conveying sanitary wastewater and stormwater while preserving the surrounding groundwater quality. RCC pipes are available in a huge variety of shapes and sizes, and its modularity means that it can meet the needs of any sanitary wastewater or stormwater project.

The load-carrying capacity of RCC pipes is derived from its own structural qualities and does not rely on the strength or quality of the surrounding backfill material. Although RCC pipes are quite heavy, speed of installation is more dependent on excavation than product handling and placement.

RCC pipes are produced in a plant-controlled environment using repeatable processes. They exhibit high quality and uniformity and are watertight. RCC pipes have superior strength which means that installation is often easier, quicker and less costly. It also requires less ongoing maintenance and a reduced likelihood of future problems.

RCC pipes are noncombustible and maintains their structural integrity in the face of high temperatures. While no material is completely immune to attack from aggressive chemical agents, rcc pipes can often be designed to resist corrosion in specific applications.

  • BFSP manufactures RCC pipes in Spun cast and Vibro Cast Stations.
  • RCC Pipes are available in various classes viz. P1, NP2, NP3, NP4 for use in specific conditions.
  • Our range of standard RCC Pipes extends from 150mm dia to 2400mm diameters.
